LTSZ Robot Feed Pusher Supports Automated Feedline Management

Maintaining accessible feed throughout the day is an important part of livestock feeding management. The LTSZ Robot Feed Pusher is designed to automatically return TMR, silage and forage to the feeding line, helping farms reduce repetitive manual work and maintain a more consistent feeding routine.

Intelligent Navigation for Barn Operations

The machine uses LiDAR and a depth camera to navigate within the barn environment. It can identify its operating route while responding to surrounding livestock and obstacles, allowing it to perform scheduled feed-pushing tasks with minimal manual intervention.

Its compact circular design makes it suitable for travelling along livestock feeding passages while keeping distributed feed within reach.

Scheduled Operation and Automatic Charging

The Robot Feed Pusher supports 24-hour timed operation with cyclic charging. When power is low, the machine can return for contactless wireless charging before continuing its planned work.

This allows farms to arrange feed-pushing frequency according to their feeding schedule and daily management requirements.

Built for Daily Farm Conditions

A stainless-steel housing provides a durable and easy-to-maintain exterior for regular barn use. The working speed can be adjusted between 8 and 15 metres per minute, while the machine can handle slopes of up to 20 degrees.

With an overall diameter of approximately 1.2 metres and a height of 1.3 metres, it combines a compact footprint with stable operating performance.

A Practical Step Toward Farm Automation

The LTSZ Robot Feed Pusher helps connect feed distribution with ongoing feeding-line management. Used together with TMR mixers and feed spreaders, it can become part of a more organized and automated livestock-feeding workflow.
