Loading, weighing, mixing and distributing feed are essential daily tasks on cattle and sheep farms. The LTSZ Self-Propelled TMR Feed Mixer combines these operations in one machine, helping farms simplify material handling and improve feeding efficiency.

An Integrated Feeding Solution

The machine is designed to complete multiple stages of feed preparation without requiring frequent transfers between different equipment. Operators can use it for loading ingredients, controlling the ration, mixing feed and distributing the finished TMR along the feeding passage.

Its intelligent weighing system supports more accurate ration preparation, while the twin-auger mixing structure helps process feed materials evenly.

Flexible Movement Around the Farm

The machine uses hydraulic drive and full-time four-wheel drive, making it suitable for different farm working areas. Four-wheel steering improves manoeuvrability, while the available crab-walk function helps the equipment move more flexibly in restricted spaces.

These features are particularly useful around feed storage areas, barn entrances and narrow operating passages.

Battery-Powered Daily Operation

The 9QJS-30 model series is equipped with six batteries. A full charge supports approximately five to seven hours of operation, depending on working conditions, while a single charging cycle takes around 1.5 to 2 hours.

The battery-powered system supports quieter operation and provides a practical option for modern livestock farms seeking more efficient feeding equipment.

Improving the Complete Feeding Workflow

By combining loading, weighing, mixing, transportation and distribution, the LTSZ Self-Propelled TMR Feed Mixer helps reduce repeated equipment changes during daily feeding.

Together with feed spreaders and robot feed pushers, it can form part of a complete feeding system designed around the farm’s herd size, layout and operating requirements.
